Welcome to Better Choice Cleaning Services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Agreement
By booking a service with Better Choice Cleaning Services, you agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
- You provide accurate information when booking.
- Our services are for residential and commercial cleaning only.
3. Bookings and Scheduling
- All bookings must be made through our website, customer service line, or authorized booking platform.
- You can schedule one-time or recurring services.
- Minimum booking: 2 hours.
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% charge.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Prices are fixed as per our pricing table and may vary depending on service type and property size.
- All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are inclusive of VAT, if applicable.
- Payments must be made online, in cash, or card on delivery.
- Invoices can be issued upon request.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure clear access to the property during the scheduled time.
- Remove valuable and fragile items before cleaning.
- Provide running water and electricity during the service.
- Notify us in advance of any specific cleaning instructions or areas to avoid.
6. Our Responsibilities
- We provide trained, background-verified cleaning professionals.
- We use standard, safe, and eco-friendly cleaning materials.
- We will make reasonable efforts to ensure punctuality and service quality.
- In case of service delay, we will notify the customer promptly.
7. Damage and Liability
- Our team will take great care with your property.
- In case of damage caused during the service, report it within 24 hours of the service.
- We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damages
- Delicate or improperly installed fixtures
- Items not disclosed as fragile
- Maximum liability is limited to the cost of service rendered.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours in advance.
- 50% refund for same-day cancellations.
- No refund if service has already been rendered or partially completed.
- In case of dissatisfaction, we offer re-cleaning within 24 hours (subject to verification).
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of war, internet or utility outages, or government restrictions.
10. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. All personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing services and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to anyone for any reason including:
- Abusive or unsafe environment for staff
- Non-payment or fraudulent activity
- Breach of these terms
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
13. Modifications
Better Choice Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
